On May 31 to June 1, 2025, Orient Freight International, Inc. (OFII) brought together its Business Units from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao for an engaging team-building event at Club Balai Isabel, Talisay, Batangas. Under the theme “Unite. Ignite. Excel.,” the event celebrated OFII’s enduring commitment to its core values of Respect, Creativity, Integrity, Passion, and Teamwork, while reinforcing a strong culture of organizational excellence.
Spearheaded by the RMI HR Learning & Development Team in partnership with Narra Health, the program featured a dynamic mix of team challenges, interactive games, creative group activities, and reflective sessions designed to deepen collaboration, strengthen connections, and bring OFII’s values to life.
The two-day gathering concluded with a vibrant social night, providing employees the opportunity to unwind, connect, and build meaningful relationships beyond the workplace. More than just a celebration, the event served as a powerful reminder of the strength found in unity, the spark of collective passion, and the shared pursuit of excellence that drives OFII forward.
